Business users may post job listings on the Website. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and legality of job listings you post. Job listings must not discriminate on the basis of age, gender, race, religion, disability, or any other protected characteristic. NoxidJobs reserves the right to remove any job listing that violates these Terms or applicable law.
6. Company Profiles:
Business users may create or claim company profiles on the Website. You warrant that you have the authority to represent the company and that the information you provide is accurate. NoxidJobs reserves the right to verify company claims and remove profiles that contain false or misleading information.
7. User Content:
You may submit user-generated content on the Website, including but not limited to CVs, cover letters, job listings, company profiles, and reviews. You are solely responsible for the content you submit, and you grant NoxidJobs a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide licence to use your content to provide and improve our services.

NoxidJobs does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any job listings, company profiles, or user-generated content on the Website. We are not responsible for any errors or omissions, and we do not endorse any employer, candidate, or job opportunity listed on the Website.

NoxidJobs shall not be liable for any damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Website, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
